Andrea has just recently joined the Mettle team to lead the Culture and People agenda. Her experience and focus is to create people-centric strategies and processes. She has worked with global FMCG companies, beer startups and FinTechs.
With an Austrian and Mexican heritage, Andrea was born and raised in Mexico. Driven by her passion for cultivating diverse and inclusive organizations, she studied Organisational Psychiatry and Psychology at King's College London.
